On ABC’s “The View” on Tuesday, Rosie O’Donnell expressed her displeasure with former President Bill Clinton’s presidential misdeeds while in office, despite them having took place decades before.
With the reemergence of Monica Lewinsky in recent days, “The View” discussed Lewinsky’s role. However, O’Donnell made it clear she held sympathetic view of Lewinsky and ill-will toward Clinton for
“I think [Lewinsky] is an amazing woman,” O’Donnell said. “And if it was a company like GE, [Clinton] would have been prosecuted because you’re not allowed to have sex with … if it was a company, the corporation would have said you’re out. You’re not allowed to have sex with anyone in your line of duty, right? Your chain of command.”
