Sunday on Fox News Channel’s “America’s News HQ,” Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said Ebola is “incredibly transmissible and it’s a mistake for the government to say don’t worry.”
The former ophthalmologist said, “This is a disease that can be transmit when you’re wearing gowns, masks and gloves. It’s incredibly transmissible and it’s a mistake for the government to say don’t worry it’s like AIDS. AIDS is difficult to catch. If someone is sitting next to you with Ebola and cough you can catch it.”
