Laura Ingraham Endorses Joe Carr

Radio host Laura Ingraham, who played a key role in Dave Brat’s primary upset victory over House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA), said that she was “all in for Joe Carr” in his primary challenge against Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN) on Monday. 

Ingraham said that Carr was a “no nonsense, a citizen legislator…and he’ll be someone who will actually listen to the people,” and praised him for being “terrific on immigration…way ahead of the curve on the effect [of illegal immigration] on our infrastructure.”  She also strongly criticized Alexander for his refusal to speak out on the immigration crisis and his support for the Senate immigration bill.
