On Monday’s “Morning Joe” on MSNBC, Joe Scarborough scoffed at the possibility Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) could be the Republican Party’s 2016 presidential nominee.
In the show’s “Fact or Fiction” segment, co-host Mika Brzezinski asked Scarborough about that possibility, to which Scarborough declared it fiction.
“Fiction, fiction, fiction,” Scarborough said. “He’s going to do well in Iowa. He’s going to do well in New Hampshire. He may do pretty well in South Carolina. It’ll turn to the Midwest and he will be his father’s son.”
