On Wednesday’s “The O’Reilly Factor,” Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) railed against the Obama administration’s foreign policy, particularly in the Middle East as Israel is on the verge of invading the Gaza Strip, Iraq’s hold on territory in the north continues to fail and a bloody civil war wages on inside of Syria.
McCain explained the host Bill O’Reilly that much of the tumult is a product of President Barack Obama’s foreign policy view, which is to take a less active role.
“I have never seen the world in more turmoil than it is today, across the Middle East, challenges from China, this situation on our own border. I have never imagined there would be such a lack of positive American leadership,” McCain continued, “and the consequences are horrendous. 170,000 dead in Syria, the destabilization of the entire region, the list goes on and on.”
