Dem Rep: Obama Administration 'One Step Behind' on Border Crisis

Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) said the Obama administration’s handling of the humanitarian crisis of thousands of undocumented minors illegally flooding across the U.S.-Mexican border was “one step behind.”

“With all due respect to the administration, they were one step behind,” Cuellar said. “They should have seen this coming a long time ago.”
