Tuesday on “Fox News Radio,” House Oversight chairman Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) discussed with host Brian Kilmeade the flood of illegal immigrant children crossing the border in hopes of being granted citizenship though the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. That program is the policy President Barack Obama ordered in 2012 that allows illegal immigrants who came to the United States as children to defer deportation.
While Democrats point to the requirement the children were here by 2007 the administration has already unilaterally extended that program earlier this month, for another two years. Issa called it Obama’s “executive DREAM Act” and an effort to be “all three branches of the government.”
