Monday on his nationally syndicated radio show, Rush Limbaugh laid out his take on the Obama administrations prisoner exchange of U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl for five top Taliban commanders as an excuse to close down “Club Gitmo.”
Limbaugh argued that this president who has a “lack of concern for the constitution” and “separation of powers” used Bergdahl as a “convenient excuse” to fulfill his campaign promise.
He also pointed out the other part of the reason Obama did the secret deal is the Taliban has refused to negotiate until their top five were released and the president desperately wants to return the Taliban to power in Afghanistan.
