Former SEIU Executive Vice President Eliseo Medina battled with Laura Ingraham on the issue of immigration reform this morning. Medina admitted that he was unaware of the Congressional Budget Office study on comprehensive immigration reform, and that there was no increase in enforcement after the comprehensive immigration reform in the 1980s. He argued that the 80s immigration package was not comprehensive, a point that Ingraham, a former Reagan staffer strongly disagreed with. Ingraham also questioned Medina’s ability to comment on immigration reform when he had no knowledge of the one unbiased study on immigration reform.
