In an appearance on the Fox News Channel on Wednesday, Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) alleged that the recent dump of illegal immigrants at bus stops throughout Arizona “is a way for the administration to poke Arizona in the eye.” Gosar stated that the dump was revenge because Arizona has been “outspoken in regards to making sure the rule of law is upheld.”
Gosar expressed frustration that “instead of having a small, piecemeal, application of the immigration law, we are taking mothers and children and dumping at them bus stops.” He added that the dump was “inhumane,” and stated “America deserves justice and what we really need is we need to start impeachment proceedings for Eric Holder” due to the Justice Department’s failure to enforce and uphold the nation’s immigration laws.
