Friday on CNN’s “The Lead,” host Jake Tapper pushed State Department Deputy Spokeswoman Marie Harf about President Barack Obama setting up a “red line” for Russian President Vladimir Putin “meddling” with the elections this weekend in the Ukraine.
Tapper asked “where are the tougher sanctions,” adding, “it sounds to me like Putin and Russia have already crossed the red line President Obama set earlier this month.”
