On Wednesday the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives, Rep. David Scott (D-GA) called for the resignation of Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki and criticized President Barack Obama for his remarks on the expanding VA scandal.
Scott was called out and told to “remember all members are reminded to refrain from using profanity in debate and decorum on the floor” during his rant. Scott had raised his voice to the level of screaming several times as he said he was “very disappointed with President Obama” because “there was no urgency.”
