During a Google hangout earlier this week, Rep. Joe Garcia (D-FL), whose district included part of Miami-Dade County and all of Monroe County, FL, which includes the Florida Keys, made extraordinary statement about communism. Garcia argued that form of government that has been tried multiple times was a successful form of government and he pointed to El Paso, TX as a model.
