CNN's Granderson Compares Michael Sam Detractors to the KKK

On CNN on Monday, network regular and writer for ESPN L.Z. Granderson took on the current controversy surrounding St. Louis Rams draft pick Michael Sam, the first openly gay player to be drafted. Sam’s draft pick celebration of him kissing another man on live TV drew backlash from some, but Granderson likened those critics to the Ku Klux Klan.
