Lindsey Graham: Benghazi Talking Points Were Changed to Help Obama Reelection

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) appeared on Fox News on Thursday to discuss the testimony of former CIA Director Mike Morell at a House Select Intelligence committee hearing the day before over allegations that he changed the Benghazi talking points to the White House narrative of a riot caused by a YouTube video causing the attack and not al-Qaeda, who President Barack Obama had declared all but defeated.
