That was the message U.S. Senator Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., shared when he spoke against the nomination of Richard Cordray to be the Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) during a speech on the Senate floor today. Enzi expressed concerns with approving a director to the bureau before the lack of congressional oversight and the blatant privacy intrusions being undertaken by the CFPB are addressed.
