White House Blames 'Congress' For Gitmo Being Open

In reaction to the reported hunger strikes in the terrorist prison at Guantanamo Bay, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said that the President still holds the position that the prison should be closed. Carney blamed Congress for slowing things down but could produce no examples of the President trying to move the agenda forward.
