House Homeland Security Chair: Police Have 'Person Of Interest In Custody'

The chair of the House Homeland Security Committee Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX) told CNN Monday night that Massachusetts law enforcement has a “person of interest” in custody in the investigation of Monday’s bombing at the Boston Marathon finish line.
