Iran Praises Chavez In UN Human Rights Council Meeting

The representative from Iran praised deceased dictator Hugo Chavez today for his “outstanding work” as a leader. Iran claimed that Chavez “eliminated illiteracy, democratized education… and created universal health coverage with quality services.”
