Clinton: 'Constant Conversation' With Libya About Deteriorating Security Before Attack

Secretary Clinton said that she personally was in contact with Libyan officials about the deteriorating security in Libya leading up to the attack. She said that when she spoke and when the State Department spoke to Libyan officials the security of Americans and the volatile situation was a “constant conversation.”
