New York Representative Gary Ackerman used his allotted time during the Benghazi hearings on Capitol Hill to rant against “partisanship” and the GOP. He called the hearing a “ruse” and apologized to the witnesses, whom he never asked a question, for being brought before the House committee. Ackerman said that it was likely his last address while in office.
