Carney: President 'Briefed' Over Benghazi Report, Doesn't Know If Read

Jay Carney confirmed that the President has been briefed over the report released by the Accountability Review Board detailing the security failures in Benghazi that led to the tragic consequences after the attack on the US Special Mission in that region. Carney said that he didn’t know if the President had read the report “word-for-word.”
