Jake Tapper To White House: Obama Didn't Campaign On This Fiscal Plan

Jake Tapper had a brief exchange with White House spokesman Jay Carney when Tapper challenged that the President didn’t campaign on some of the current specifics of his budget on the trail before the election. Tapper said that the President didn’t mention reducing the tax benefits of charitable giving for the wealthiest Americans as well as reducing other benefits. Jay Carney rejected this assertion, claiming that the President was specific on the campaign trail.
