MSNBC Host Runs Off Set After Saying She's 'Lucky' That Network 'Dealt' With Equal Pay Issue

Mika Brzezinski ended “Morning Joe” today with this statement: “We’ve been talking a lot this week about women and equal pay and all these issues. I have to say, in all seriousness, I’m very lucky to be working with you (Joe Scarborough) and for a company who has actually dealt with this problem transparently.” Brzezinkski’s co-host, Joe Scarborough, agreed with her and added, “The thing I’ve learned this week, people, is that when you start talking about binders and women’s issues, I’m going to shut my mouth and listen to Mika.” Scarborough turned to his co-host and said, “How’s that?” Brzezinski immediately turned and as she was walking off set said, “There you go, have a good weekend.” Scarborough stayed on set to the segment and end the show.
