Tsunami Watch Issued For Thailand, Indonesia After 8.6 Quake

USGS is reporting a large quake in the same spot as the 2004 Boxing Day tsunami. Government officials of multiple countries are issuing tsunami warnings. The governments initially reported the quake to be 8.9 in magnitude but later revised to 8.7. Later the USGS downgraded the quake again to 8.6.
