Bill Clinton: Economy Bush's Fault, Obama Will Win

President Clinton says he believes President Barack Obama can win re-election “handily”. Clinton told ABC’s “Good Morning America” that Obama can argue that Americans are better off than they were four years ago, as he did in 1996.
