Obama Gaffes: Calls Chair Of Governors Association Wrong Name

President Obama gaffed while addressing the Governors Association when attempting to highlight a successful program in Maryland. Obama asked the crowd if “Jack O’Malley” was in the audience, but Jack O’Malley is a former Chicago prosecutor and a lecturer at the University of Chicago (where Obama also lectured). Martin O’Malley is the current Governor of Maryland and the chair of the Democratic Governor’s Association.
