Did ABC News' Stephanopoulos Have Advance Knowledge Of Contraception Issue When He Sprung Topic At Jan Debate?

At the time it seemed like a very unusual topic for the New Hampshire debate. In fact, most commentators were complaining that the debate wasted so much time on the obscure topic of contraception and federal mandates superseding state’s rights. Now that the topic has exploded on the national scene it seems fair to ask if the ABC News anchor was prepped by the Obama Administration prior to the debate.
