House GOP Whip: There Is No Deal

Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), the third ranking Republican in the House, told Hugh Hewitt that despite what the New York Times says, there is no deal between the White House and Speaker John Boehner. McCarthy said that the House is the only entity that actually has put forth a plan in the bi-partisan “Cut, Cap and Balance Bill” and it is now time for the Senate to take up that legislation.
