Russia Today: A diplomatic incident has broken out between Moscow and Washington after a spicy video of a U.S. embassy employee appeared on the internet.
The U.S. State Department has dubbed the video footage – depicting diplomat Kyle Hatcher with a woman – as a fabrication.
