Jake Tapper: At a briefing just now, NBC’s Chuck Todd just sneezed into his hand, rather than his arm, prompting the joking disapproval of Health Secretary Sebelius and press secretary Robert Gibbs. Gibbs pointed out that a print reporter had just sneezed the correct way.
