Hillary: 'We are safer than we were'

At the Democratic Presidential debate Sunday, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton said she believes “we are safer than we were.” However, other candidates debated whether or not that is the case. According to Sen. Joe Biden, “The truth of the matter is the only one that has emboldened the enemy has been George Bush by his policies.”
