A previously deported illegal alien with a prior conviction of murder was arrested in Texas near the border with Mexico having recently illegally re-entered the U.S.

Border Patrol agents assigned to the McAllen Station in the Rio Grande Sector captured a man entering the country from Mexico near the town of Hidalgo. When agents took the illegal alien to a processing center in McAllen, records determined the man had a violent criminal history, information provided to Breitbart Texas by U.S. Customs and Border Protection revealed.

The man, whose name and nationality was not revealed in the statement, was arrested in Pharr, Texas in 1986 on a charge of murder. He was subsequently convicted and sentenced to 10 years in prison. Following his prison sentence, the man was deported from the U.S.

It was not revealed if the man had any additional illegal re-entries and/or deportations.

“Thanks to the vigilance of Border Patrol agents, another dangerous criminal has been arrested,” Chief Patrol Agent Manuel Padilla, Jr. said in the statement. “I am proud of the outstanding job that our agents do to keep our communities safe.”

The arrest of this illegal alien who had committed violent crimes, been deported and returned illegally illustrates the problem of deportation without border security.

Breitbart Texas has reported extensively on the crimes committed by previously deported illegal aliens and on the capture of these violent criminals who are attempting to cross, once again, into the U.S.

In May, Breitbart Texas reported on the arrest of another previously convicted murderer, this time in New Mexico.  Arturo Solano Ramos was arrested near Deming, New Mexico just after he illegally entered the U.S. from Mexico. The man was previously convicted of murder and other crimes.
