Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America and the Planned Parenthood Action Fund, has threatened an orange flood repeat at the Texas Capitol if Planned Parenthood’s cancer screening program is defunded.

Planned Parenthood would be defunded of monies for cervical and breast screenings under a measure approved Wednesday by a House-Senate conference committee.

The Planned Parenthood president’s threat appears in a Tweet to followers, which includes a photo of late-term abortion supporters dressed in orange when they descended upon the Capitol in Austin in 2013.

Then-Senator Wendy Davis (D-Fort Worth) donned a back brace and wore running shoes to filibuster for over 11 hours for late-term abortions.

The “orange army” flooded the State’s Capitol that year. Pro-lifers sang “Amazing Grace,” while pro-abortion supporters yelled “Hail Satan.”

Breitbart Texas reported that YouTube videos of the frenzied mayhem went viral on the Internet:

Breitbart Texas also reported that pro-abortion activists exploited children by forcing them to hold up profane signs reading, “If I wanted the government in my womb, I’d f— a senator,” and that abortion supporters threatened lawmakers and their children with rape.

LifeNews reported that some abortion activists shouted “F— the Church” during chants at the state capitol.

The Republican-dominated Texas Legislature is set to defund Planned Parenthood and abortion centers of state dollars for breast and cervical cancer screenings in Texas.

Abortion providers complain they have been unfairly targeted, and that the proposed Texas Senate Budget stripped them of funds while allowing other clinics to provide these services.

The Texas Department of State Health Services would allocate funding to the Texas Women’s Health Program, which would include organizations that do not provide abortions.
