AUSTIN, TEXAS–Based on incoming Unofficial Election Returns from the Texas Secretary of State, the Associated Press has now called the GOP contest for U.S. Senate for Senator John Cornyn.
Senator Cornyn defeated Curt Cleaver, Ken Cope, Chris Mapp, Reid Reasor, Rep. Steve Stockman, Dwayne Stovall and Linda Vega for the Republican nomination.
