Hillary Clinton was much in the news when she on the cover of the June 16 issue of People magazine. But real people, if you can call journalists that, did more talking about Hillary, than the American public did to buy that particular issue.
A “report from AdWeek on Monday, the June 16 issue of People featuring the former first lady and senator was the magazine’s worst selling of 2014 with 503,890 copies sold.”
That comes on the heels of the failure of Hillary’s book, “Hard Choices,” to meet its projected sales numbers.
If you’re keeping score at home, the People cover featuring Robin Williams topped the numbers race.
The magazine’s best-selling issue –1,169,800 copies — was the one featuring Robin Williams after his death in late August.
