American Ties to Israel Remain Strong, Despite Obama's Efforts

On Sunday, I had the opportunity to join guest host Danny Seaman on Israel’s Voice of Israel, to discuss the most recent thorn in U.S.-Israel relations–namely, the “chickensh*t” comment by an unnamed Obama official.

One point I tried to make, among others, was that broad support for Israel among the American people is as strong as ever. It will survive this administration (and may even be thriving as a form of opposition to Obama).

However, the question remains how much damage Israel and the U.S. will sustain from our mutual enemies in the interim. That is a very urgent question, as Palestinian leaders incite violence and Iran pursues the bomb.
