What we already knew about Marvel’s plans was that Avengers: Age of Ultron was coming next May followed by Ant-Man on July 17th. Marvel had already claimed release dates through 2019 for the remainder of its phase 3 films but, until today, no one knew what those films would. Via Twitter, here is what Marvel is revealing today.
Oh, and THIS little story we call Marvel’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR. Hitting theaters in 2016. #MarvelEvent pic.twitter.com/vca7XamD7Z

The event ended about half an hour ago. For someone like me who grew up reading all of these comics, Christmas came early this year. Needless to say, I’m not alone.
