In an act of political desperation, Republican congressional candidate, Joe Kaufman, is once again trying to fool voters into believing that he has received endorsements from prominent national Republican politicians.
Back during the 2012 election cycle, “Crazy Joe,” as many in several South Florida political circles call him, falsely campaigned on a bogus Sarah Palin endorsement. ( Read Joe Kaufman Exploits Sarah Palin)
What Kaufman would do to get these politicos to give him a nod of support, was to ambush them and flash-pose with them in a picture while telling them he was running against Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Of course these public figures, who all dislike ‘DWS’ will give him well-wishing pad on the back.
His wife Emily would then capture the moment on video, and then would post it on YouTube.
Was this a pretty shady act of desperation by Kaufman?
As Sarah Palin would say, “You Betcha!”
At the time Kaufman was fundraising off Palin’s “I hope you win” comment to Joe Kaufman, this after her 2012 speech at CPAC, Team Palin moved to have Kaufman cease all his nutty efforts of trying to paint the picture that Palin endorsed his candidacy.
Keep in mind that Kaufman would not divulge the fact that he was in Republican primary race, which would make anyone assume that he was the Republican nominee already positioned to take on Wasserman Schultz.
It’s 2014 now and Kaufman is running for Congress, again.
Kaufman is up to his old tricks. Like many wannabee politicians do, Kaufman is once again posting up picture he has taken with politicos in hopes to trick voters into thinking that these politicians are on board with his candidacy.
One of those politician Kaufman posed with is former Republican Presidential candidate, Herman Cain.
The former pizza executive was contacted by a concerned voter after receiving one of Kaufman’s campaign mailers, who questioned Cain’s supposed endorsement.
On July 22, 2014, The Herman Cain Show officially stated that Mr. Cain had not endorsed anyone in that particular Republican congressional race.
