The Obama administration is pushing for more spending on infrastructure, this week, with the president in New York today, (for the non-political portion of his trip that includes two fundraisers) and Biden in St. Louis yesterday, to talk about an infrastructure bill they would like to see clear Congress.
A video released by the White House Tuesday to promote investing in ports infrastructure, seems to be equally promoting the Vice President.
