Wikileaks tweeted out 1976 U.S. State Department cables on Wednesday morning between former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and then U.S. Ambassador to Ghana and former child star Shirley Temple Black. The information is part of the “Kissinger cables” that Wikileaks says is comprised of “more than 1.7 million US diplomatic records for the period 1973 to 1976.” Temple Black passed away at the age of 85 on Monday night. :
