The Associated Press reports that Punxsatawney Phil has seen his shadow, meaning six more weeks of brutally cold winter for the eastern half of the country, and crippling drought in the west. Also, he picked the Broncos over the Seahawks, 27-24. (I was kidding about that last part, though maybe I will later pretend I wasn’t.)
The AP reminds us: “An analysis of weather data from the National Climatic Data Center in Asheville, N.C., shows that Phil’s forecasts are, on average, inaccurate.” However, the conclusions of climate change activists are 100% correct, since any unexpected phenomenon can be made to be consistent with an unfalsifiable theory.
