Johnny Orris, 86, had lived alone in his Sullivan, Illinois home for 11 years following the death of his wife. It was his grandson’s idea to enter him into Howard Stern’s “Get My Grandpa Laid,” contest. The contest was tied to the release of Johnny Knoxville’s recent film “Bad Grandpa.” The prize…a menage-a-trois at the world famous Bunny Ranch in Nevada. Orris won.
Last Thursday, flanked by his grandson, Ed, Orris stopped by the Bunny ranch in the afternoon to flirt around with the 40 or so women who work at the ranch. “He was on cloud nine, and anxious to get back to the Bunny Ranch,” said the 49-year-old grandson “He told one of the girls, ‘I’m gonna be back here at 9 o’clock — you’d better be ready!'”
Brothel owner Dennis Hof said “Johnny [Orris] said that he was prepping for the ‘Super Bowl of Sex.'” And that Super Bowl was a night session with Caressa Kisses and Rain Riches. But the Super Bowl would never be played. Orris, his grandson and a pal went to dinner at Harvey’s Lake Tahoe resort for steaks. Just two bites in to his prime rib, just hours before the epic night, Orris choked to death.
His grandson delivered the Heimlich unsuccessfully and although paramedics worked on Orris for 30 minutes, they could not save him.
His grandson returned to the Bunny ranch that evening to deliver the shocking news. One working girl reportedly threw in a freebie to help him deal with his grief.
Yesterday, Howard Stern weighed in on the tragedy: “The poor guy, I only wish he would have gotten laid.”
