Oregon has signed up a whopping 44 people for their Obamacare program, after spending more than $300M on their state-run exchange. According to a DHS report, Oregon had the fewest health insurance sign-ups in the nation.
That breaks down to $6,818,181 spent per enrollee.
Originally, state-run exchanges were said to be more successful than the state exchanges run by the federal government. I guess not.
