Video: Glitches Force MSNBC to Give Up on Health Care Exchange Sign Up Attempt

The health exchanges don’t seem to be working as promised this morning. You know things are bad when MSNBC throws in the towel on the air:

After 35 minutes spent trying to get into the system and shop for insurance the host gave up. No doubt this was psychically painful for everyone at MSNBC.
