The House GOP reworked the Continuing Resolution on Saturday to include a delay of the implementation of Obamacare for 12 months – a position that most of the public supports.

After the House Republican meeting, this afternoon, a reporter asked Rep. Issa what would happen when the newest CR fails.”
Issa fumed, “how dare you presume a failure….how dare you, how dare you, how dare you presume a failure.”
He went on to explain why he thought a compromise was possible.
