Delbert Belton's daughter-in-law Barbara, 'They need to pay the consequences'

Delbert “Shorty” Belton’s daughter-in-law Barbara hopes the teenagers involved in the beating death of her father-in-law will “pay the consequences” for what she called their “horrendous” actions. 

Barbara Belton was notified by phone Monday morning of the arrest of the second suspect,  16-year-old Kenan Adams-Kinard.  

“When people commit a crime they need to be arrested and tried and sentenced for the crime they have committed. I hope this will happen,” said Belton.
