MANCHESTER, N.H. – According to police, Officer Derek Cataldo was scarcely out of the police headquarters’ parking lot when he saw a man drive by holding a book up to his chin in one hand and a straw in the other. When Cataldo pulled over 24-year-old Stephen Bolser (pictured above) he noticed white powder on his shirt and a ring of white powder around one of his nostrils. Three pills tentatively identified as Adderal were found in Bolser’s pocket.
He was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
