Another Democratic operative, Jason Loera, is under the criminal microscope of the federal government, after being accused by FBI agents of hacking into the personal email account of New Mexico’s Republican Governor, Susana Martinez.
While federal agents executed a search warrant of Loera’s home, looking for evidence to build the email hacking case, agents allegedly found child pornography on his home computer.According to the New Mexico Watchdog, Loera appeared in Albuquerque’s U.S. District court to face several counts of child pornography that were levied against him.
According to the FBI, who post the arrest on their website, stating that Loera was indicted on three charges, two of them being “receiving visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct and one count of possessing visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.” Loera faces a maximum
