DEL RAY BEACH, Fla. – According to a police report, a South Florida man has been arrested for masturbating on the beach in front of two teenagers and a mother. The suspect, Romount Knowell, was arrested Monday and charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition to a victim under the age of 16 and indecent exposure.
Del Ray Police say a woman called 911 after a man walked up to her on the beach, set down a red cooler, and proceeded to masturbate in front of her, her 15-year-old daughter, and her daughter’s friend. Knowell refuted the allegations telling police that his “pants fell down,” but did not touch himself in any way.
